Responsibilities: Implementing a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys Scheduling and conducting job evaluations Recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions as necessary Recruitment of Manufacturing and Office personnel Benefits administration New hire orientation and paperwork Serving as a back up to HR Generalist or Payroll as needed Requirements: Excellent communication skills Someone who can multi-task and is flexible to changes Someone who is willing to be cross-trained in multiple areas Excellent organizational skills Degree in Human Resources or related field Dental insurance Health insurance Referral program dental insurance
