Our client is a luxury fashion house. They have been considered one of the worlds most prominent fashion houses and known for its modern and iconic pieces for all mankind. Today, they market a broad range of ready-to-wear products, leather goods, shoes, jewelry, crystal, stationery, fragrances, watches, leather goods, and accessories.


Position: Personal Assistant (Retail Administrator)


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales & marketing plan and budgeting, merchandising report, financial & management reports and basic analysis
  • Arranging all business and personal travel arrangements, including air ticket, visa application, hotel accommodation and transportation reservation to ensure the smooth business travel with flexible options
  • 90% mainly providing business, general administrative and secretarial supports with 10% personal matters
  • Performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth working of the office including screening calls, maintain documents and files in organized. Being responsible for facilities and environment, in order that the office is run efficiently
  • Independently researches, develops and drafts letters, memos, or reports to communicate for Manager s decisions, ideas, presentation and agenda


Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Humanities, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the field of Secretary / Personal Assistant / Sales, Marketing or Finance Department Assistant
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel. Pivot, V Look Up, advance Excel formula are a MUST.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Fluent in English. Basic French would be an added advantage.
  • Fashion oriented
