Job PurposeProgram manager for APAC to onboard local OE teams (Threat intelligence, detection & response) to ACDC.Conduct kick-offs per OE and drive onboarding processData gathering about the as-is OE situation: people, processes, tools, local legal / regulatory requirements, interface to other local teamsIdentify gaps and align on harmonization plan as per gearshift standardsOnboard local team members to ACDC.Be the conduit for the team for other (IT and business) stakeholdersActively support continuous process improvementPromote security awareness to usersKey responsibilitiesProvide technical advice to team members and support their efforts in implementing and maintaining security solutions, which include Security and Identity and Access Management servicesEnsure consultative working relationship with customers/stakeholdersResolve client problems, queries and complaints in an effective and timely mannerUse appropriate communication tools to ensure that customers/stakeholders are up to date on status of requests/problemsBuild strong understanding of customer needsProvide documentation of all issues, status updates and resolution for tracking and trending analysisProvide reports to manage workload including statisticsDemonstrate cost awareness through creativity with current resources and being cost effective in the work environmentManage incidents and requests effectively, distribute workload across team members in accordance with their capacity to process, and Monitor SLAsProvide accurate cost analysis and time estimates for the development of IT security solutions as requiredProvide long term strategic input into IT security SolutionsKnowledge of industry standards and government regulations relevant to IT SecurityProduce accurate and effective (both cost and time) reports that satisfy IT security and audit compliance requirements.Proactively identify opportunities for improvements, this may involve new technology, simplified processes or automating manual systems.Promote a high-performance culture by setting achievable deliverables, whilst maintaining an acceptable quality level.
