Job Description

We are building the future of data security

We work to provide technologies that allow our clients convenient access and use of their data, while at the same time ensuring security and protecting privacy. Conventionally security has been thought to reduce functionality and increase costs – we are shifting the paradigm where security lowers costs and increases functionality and customer satisfaction.

You will be in charge of AI-related contract projects and AI-related in-house product development and maintenance.

  • Project-based AI development and maintenance
  • Planning, development and maintenance of in-house AI products

Roles and Responsibility

  • Formulation of project plan(Examination of purpose, development system, unraveling man-hours and cost calculation, personnel planning, schedule, quality target, development environment (including security))
  • Project member management(Assignment, placement, and management of development members from the perspective of efficiency and security)
  • Project management and evaluation(Development / operation, progress / cost / quality control conscious of compliance with laws and regulations)
  • Contract and management execution with partner companies
  • Research on related technologies
  • Implementation verification from the original paper

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Those who have completed the masters program at the Graduate School of Science or above or have equivalent abilities
  • Those who have research achievements at research institutes
  • Strong proficiency in Python

Preferred Requirements

  • Deep Learning, (LSTM, CNN, etc.)
  • Statistical machine learning (Bayesian statistics, linear / non-linear regression model, Markov)
  • Natural language processing (morphological analysis, etc.)
  • Big Data processing infrastructure design development (Google Cloud Platform ・ Big data processing infrastructure design on AWS)
  • Data analysis technology such as data mining and statistical analysis
  • Statistical machine learning, AI technology such as deep learning (LSTM, CNN, etc.), natural language processing technology

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Tokyo, Shibuya City, Sendagaya, 5 Chome−27−3 やまとビル

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY * based on experience and skills

Hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00

Flex time system (core time from 11:00 to 15:00)

・Remote work available

・125 days or more of holidays in a year

・Two days off a week

・Summer vacation (available between July and September)

・Year-end and New Year holidays

・Paid leave

Probation: 6 months
