Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Iraq. Our Client is looking to hire a Project Partner Development Manager who will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners, Your responsibilities will be to

- Locate, contact and propose potential business deals topotential partners and System Integrators (SIs)
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to keep abreast with the latest technologies

- Train and Develop CCTV System integrators
- Increase the sales revenue according to the sales target.
-Maintain healthy relationships among System integrators, Distributors





Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in a Sales driven position in CCTV/ Security industry
- Full knowledge of technical skills and familiarity with the project market
- A sound network with System Integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end user network
- Experience in Product selection and solution design
- Strong sales skills, listening skills and presentation skills to meet every individual customer s needs
- Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written
- Responsible and able to drive the business independently
- Ability to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment
