They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant/ Executive Secretary to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities: Acts as Executive and Administrative assistant to the Managing Director. Interpret administrative policy and decisions as explained and directed. Takes and transcribes difficult technical dictation if necessary. Prepares reports and records. Takes calls and answers inquiries, opens and sorts mail, compose correspondence independently and maintains records and files. Operates standard office, word processing and computer equipment. Performs related work as required. Qualification & Requirements: Graduate with commercial or business school training or equivalent of “A” level educational background with minimum of five years of experience.
