Travel-dreaming Key Responsibilities - Summary We are seeking for an experienced Online Travel Agency (OTA) Specialist to oversee operations at our various clients’ residential & commercial properties. In this position, you will work with remote teams (customer success & multiple account managers) to create and configure property listings, customized reports, and profiles usually pushed through our PMS (Guesty) or Channel Manager (Rentals United), as well as to ensure units are ready for reservations, fulfill repair requests efficiently, track and ensure information parity and contribute to optimal distribution & boosting strategies through Expedia and Booking.com (among other OTAs). Our ideal candidate has at least two years of property and OTAs management experience. Functions and Responsibilities Manages Booking, Expedia, as well as Rentals United (and all associated channels/connections), and other major and minor OTAs. Track OTAs changes and major updates to prepare implementation plans across all of the properties’ inventories. Ensure service and lease contracts data integration fulfillment at all channels. Maintain and update property records and ensures data compliance.
