Travel-dreaming Key Responsibilities - Summary We are seeking for an experienced Online Travel Agency (OTA) Specialist to oversee operations at our various clients’ residential & commercial properties. In this position, you will work with remote teams (customer success & multiple account managers) to create and configure property listings, customized reports, and profiles usually pushed through our PMS (Guesty) or Channel Manager (Rentals United), as well as to ensure units are ready for reservations, fulfill repair requests efficiently, track and ensure information parity and contribute to optimal distribution & boosting strategies through Expedia and Booking.com (among other OTAs).
