Supervisor job:
A supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of a small team. It could be a team, a division or a transfer. The supervisor usually has experience in what the group does and has gained a position based on the management's belief that he is capable of guiding the team.
General supervision tasks include:
Help the team understand performance goals and objectives
Ensuring training or training of workers appropriately for their specific roles.
Determining work hours and shifts
Coordination work rotation and cross training.
Provide real-time feedback on employee performance
Sharing company updates, financial results and new goals with team members.
Assistance in resolving emergencies For example, a quality or a customer problem may be exacerbated to the team supervisor for handling.
