As a Software Engineering Manager you will lead a team of developers in building and delivering robust web applications and Angular/React. You will be responsible for technical leadership project planning and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications and Angular/React.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and risk management.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience and Angular/React development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with system architecture API design and database optimization.
- Proficiency in Git CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS).
- Excellent leadership organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of English must be able to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
