- Extract transform and validate data from Oracle Database to support reporting and analytics needs across the organization.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Python scripts to clean validate and transform data ensuring accuracy and consistency across data sources.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize key business and financial metrics serving as the technical counterpart to finance-side reporting.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand data requirements align on business logic and metrics definitions and deliver accurate and actionable insights that meet their reporting needs..
- Work alongside Data Engineers to communicate data requirements and ensure pipelines deliver the right data in the right format for analysis and reporting.
- Partner with BI Analysts on the team to maintain consistency in dashboard standards metrics definitions and reporting best practices.
- Translate finance team data requirements into clear analytical solutions from data exploration to dashboard delivery.
- Monitor data quality proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies that may impact reporting accuracy.
- Document data logic transformation rules and dashboard specifications to maintain a transparent and reliable data environment
Requirements
- 03 years of experience in data analysis BI or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience querying Oracle Database or similar RDBMS.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience building and publishing dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical teams (data engineers BI analysts) and non-technical stakeholders (finance analysts).
- Familiarity with financial data concepts is a plus.

Required Skills:
4-5 years in Engineering or IT Application Support. Fin-tech background is a plus. Accepting on-call process. Strong understanding of application support processes and best practices. Strong Linux knowledge (scripting searching operating etc.) Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge. Organized with a highly focused attention to detail. Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality.
