Job Summary
Affiliate Program Coordinator (Junior / Entry-Level)
We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Program Coordinator (fresh graduates welcome) to manage and grow our affiliate program. The role focuses on building strong agency partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Approach and recruit new agencies to join the affiliate program.
- Onboarding Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process until partners are fully live.
- Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate with the Finance and Legal teams to finalize contracts and paperwork.
- Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance against set KPIs and targets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive month-over-month increases in affiliates revenue share through active account management.
Qualifications :
Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience in partnerships sales or account management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication negotiation and analytical skills required.
