INVISIO develops and markets advanced audio communication and hearing protection systems to defense and public safety users worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Hardware Designer to join our R&D department in Copenhagen and help adapt and integrate our innovative products to meet specific customer requirements.

About the job
As an Electronics Hardware Designer you will play a key role in our System Integration team ensuring that our products work as expected in real-life conditions. This is a true hands-on position where you will design build and test prototypes performing tests in bench setups and real-life scenarios.
Your primary focus will be on developing analog digital and networking interfaces between various communication systems. You will be involved in the entire product development process from the early task specification through design testing and implementation. This includes testing and verifying the performance of both your designs and those of others working closely with our production team to bring high-quality products to life.
Youll work with a wide range of technologies interface directly with customers and suppliers and manage projects of varying size and complexity. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and ensure intelligent design thorough testing and accurate documentation.
About you

You are passionate about working across all stages of product development and adopt a practical approach to design always keeping the end-user experience in mind. You thrive on managing multiple projects both short-term and long-term and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Required skills
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated practical skills in assembling prototypes and verifying designs.
- Knowledge of designing low-power portable battery-operated products.
- Experience or strong interest in radio communication and audio systems.
- Proficiency in electronics hardware design particularly for audio-related projects.
- Familiarity with USB data and power handling as well as firmware configuration.
- Experience in designing analog and digital interfaces for communication systems.
Personal skills
- Capable of managing tasks and planning work independently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and suppliers.

Additional information
This position is based at our headquarters in Hvidovre Copenhagen and we do not offer relocation assistance. Occasional travel may be required throughout the year.
