Supply Planner

What would be your key responsibilities

• Drive supply performance in the market by maintaining optimal finished goods inventory levels to maximize customer service and minimize inventory value and write-offs.

• Communicate stock status supply risks and mitigation options to all stakeholders during S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) meetings highlighting the business impact of oversales and the inventory health risk of undersales.

• Deliver reporting and analytics by using Power BI tools developed for planning functions and creating reports that support business decisions from a supply planning perspective.

• Represent Supply in market activities such as short- and mid-term demand changes portfolio renovations and promotional action executions.

• Focus on personal development and continuous improvement by driving enhancements in both processes and reporting/analytics.

What are we looking for

• Degree-level education and fluency in English.

• Strong business understanding with a customer-focused mindset.

• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.

• Analytical digitally savvy and knowledgeable about end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
