Responsible for developing service design solutions supporting product support activities resolving in-service technical issues and improving reliability and service performance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams customers airlines and MRO organizations to ensure effective technical support across the full product lifecycle.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developservice design and product support solutionsbased on customer user and business needs.
  • Translate service requirements into subsystem and component-level solutions in cooperation with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Performtrade studies define specifications supportCTQ and requirements flowdown and verify that designs meet technical and service expectations.
  • Ensure products meet service requirements across the full lifecycle includinginstallation troubleshooting repair preventive maintenance proactive maintenance and field support.
  • Supportproduct support engineeringactivities related to in-service issues technical investigations and operational reliability.
  • Participate inincident management help definefield solutions and support timely resolution of technical problems affecting customers or fleet operations.
  • Conductroot cause analysisand structuredproblem solvingto identify causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare review and usetechnical documentation such as repair instructions service documents engineering reports and other technical records.
  • Read and interprettechnical drawings design data and engineering documentation.
  • Support activities connected withfleet management product reliability and continuous improvement of service performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering manufacturing services customers airlines and MRO organizations to ensure effective technical support and implementation of solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree inEngineering Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical fieldfrom an accredited university or college.
  • Relevant experience inService Engineering Product Support Engineering Mechanical Design Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Technical understanding and ability to apply engineering principles in support ofserviceability maintainability and product support.
  • Experience withtechnical documentation engineering specifications and structured engineering processes.
  • Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings models and engineering documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience inproblem solving root cause analysis and technical issue resolution.
  • Good understanding ofproduct support field issue management and in-service operations.
  • Ability to work effectively acrosscross-functional and global teams.
  • English proficiencyrequired Czech language skillsare an advantage.

  • Exposure tofleet management reliability analysis and in-service product support.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence support junior team members and work withcustomers and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment tosafety quality delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary.
