Senior UXUI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer on the Kickbase product team youll own the visual design and prototyping process from concept to handoff of features and UX-driven projects. Youll translate user needs and business goals into polished pixel-perfect interfaces that amaze our managers and deliver a great usability in our product.

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for product initiatives - from discovery and user flows to polished UI and final implementation
• Design intuitive high-quality experiences that balance user needs business goals and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product squad
• Help define build and scale our design system foundations
• Create scalable components patterns and interaction principles that improve product consistency and development efficiency
• Drive visual and UX consistency across the entire Kickbase ecosystem
• Prototype interactions and concepts to communicate ideas quickly and effectively
• Use user insights product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions
• Raise the quality bar across the product through strong visual craft interaction design and attention to detail
• Contribute to product strategy and help shape what we build - not just how it looks
• Mentor other designers through feedback collaboration and design reviews
• Help us continuously improve how design works at Kickbase

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience designing digital products in fast-moving product companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent UX thinking and exceptional visual execution
• Deep expertise in Figma including components auto-layout variables prototyping and design systems
• Proven experience building evolving or scaling design systems in collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong understanding of interaction design information architecture and mobile-first product design
• Experience working closely with engineers and shipping high-quality consumer products
• Ability to simplify complex product problems into intuitive experiences
• High standards for typography spacing motion and interface details
• Systems-thinking mindset with strong attention to consistency and scalability
• Confidence communicating ideas and rationale across disciplines and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in iterative product environments with rapid feedback loops
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing for highly engaged consumer products gaming sports or social platforms
• Motion design skills and understanding of micro-interactions
• Experience with experimentation A/B testing or data-informed product design
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS/React) and appreciation for implementation quality
• Experience working with AI-assisted design workflows or AI-powered product features
