Role Definition
Lead development and execution of commercial strategy of assigned products and/or markets.
What you will do:
Identifying and analyzing organizations strengths and weaknesses and responding to opportunities in sales environment. Lead process improvement projects including automation implementation new tools and workflow redesigns.
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling a product; overseeing the resolution of customer complaints.
Developing and managing sales programs in alignment with long and short-term sales strategies; establishing training programs for sales team.
Hire train and manage the sales support team monitoring performance and providing coaching to enhance capabilities and results.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the administration of sales compensation programs.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service value and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Leadership: Ability to influence guide and support others toward achieving common goals; demonstrates accountability ownership and the capacity to drive results through collaboration even without direct authority.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferably in Commercial engineering or equivalent degree desired.
English Advanced
Experience in Sales Customer Service or Business Development.
Knowledge in Industry (Construction or Finance)
Top candidate will also have:
Experience managing or working closely with dealer networks.
Experience in banking financing or leasing companies (mid to large organizations).
Proven track record managing sales targets portfolios or regional accounts.
Experience working in cross-functional environments with Credit Risk or Operations teams.
Additional Information:
50% travel availability.
