Your mission

As Project Manager you will act as the Owners Representative leading the project execution and ensuring compliance with technical contractual and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Project Manager and Single Point of Contact with Owners and contractors.
  • As the Owners Representative lead the project team (construction managers inspectors procurement team project control QA/QC HSE HR engineering commissioning).
  • Assist the Owner on contractual matters schedules and milestones.
  • Communicate and anticipate potential risks in the project plan.
  • Support procurement strategies including scope of work definition and division of responsibilities between contractors.
  • Manage and resolve issues during the project coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Promote and lead project and construction follow-up meetings with contractors and Owner.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction-related project management.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure or Data Center projects.
  • Experience in industrial projects (GIS & AIS substations data centers pharmaceutical manufacturing oil & gas petrochemical laboratory power water etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequence of work.
  • Ability to manage field construction activities and labor.
  • Ability to manage multiple budgets and schedules.
  • Project Management certification (preferred but not required).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Availability to work on-site in the Santiago Metropolitan Area.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and international projects (interview will be conducted in English).
