Your mission

As Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of the project ensuring compliance risk mitigation and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer all project contracts ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients contractors and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and project execution.
• Support claims management variations and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal commercial and company policies across all contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Construction Law Engineering Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management in Chile or LATAM.
• Strong experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation claims and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of contract types (EPC EPCM FIDIC or similar).
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic project environment.
