The Program:

Our future success depends on the innovation and fresh ideas students bring to HP inc. We are hiring students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to join us across the different organizations that make us HP inc. Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience give you an opportunity to make an impact have some fun and meet great people along the way.

Join us for a 6 months paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking executive speakers community involvement big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Education

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in May 2027.

• Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

• Fluency in English.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve and streamline processes.

• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and increase efficiency.

  Use advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

• Execute initiatives with accountability and clear assertive communication.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read interpret and use data for decision-making (advanced programming not required)

• Interest or foundational experience in Excel BI tools AI and automation.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn about market dynamics macro-business trends and regional sales operations.

• Strong attention to detail structured thinking and problem-solving to work collaboratively in a regional multi-country context.
