Job Summary
Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Associate Digital Designer for Peru and Chile will include:
1) Prepare and adapt design of materials for Local Use: responsible for delivering correct complete and onbrand design files that can be sent directly to print or used in digital channels helping reduce use of external agencies:
Take existing materials (from global regional or other local teams) and adjust text images and sizes for each local market apply local language contact details and mandatory information ensure layouts follow brand templates and basic design rules.
2) Create new design assets (physical and digital): responsible for creating and deliveringonbrand technically correct and locally compliant design materialsthat can be used directly in local campaigns and customer interactions:
Printed materials: leave pieces brochures flyers posters rollups event materials.
Digital assets: banners social media creatives email headers internal comms visuals presentations infographics etc.
3) Backup for design and maintain company websites: to serve as a backup for updating the companys websites on wp-vip
Update and maintain website content
Keep records: Log what was uploaded/updated.
Skills
Proficiency inwp-vip
Strong knowledge ofAdobe Creative Suiteor similar design tools
Ability to work withinbrand guidelinesand local compliance requirements
Understanding of print and digital production specifications
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Good communication and collaboration skills
Requirements
Bachelors degree inGraphic Design Advertising Design or a related field.
Experience
More than 3 years of experiencein graphic design advertising design or related design functions
Experience creating and adaptingprint and digital marketing materials
Experience supportingwebsite content updates and maintenanceis preferred
