Are you a driven German speaker looking for a meaningful consultative role in a dynamic international environment We are hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia-based team where you will use your language skills and problem-solving mindset to deliver real value to customers every day.
As a Solutions Consultant you will go beyond standard customer service you will actively listen diagnose challenges and propose the best solutions acting as a trusted advisor to German-speaking clients. This is a role for someone who enjoys complex conversations and takes pride in finding the right answer.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound German-language customer inquiries across various channels
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored value-adding solutions
- Resolve escalated cases with professionalism and thoroughness
- Build rapport with customers and contribute to long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What we are looking for:
- German: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: working proficiency
- Consultative communication style and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities simultaneously
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
