Senior Pricing Systems Analyst
Department:
Job Summary
You will manage the operation accuracy and development of EMEA and APAC (EMAP) pricing systems frameworks and data to support regional and international growth.
You will ensure compliant and scalable pricing by ensuring pricing systems reflect global pricing strategy regional requirements and governance standards.
You will report to the Head of Pricing and Sales Operations.
What youll do:
Pricing Systems & Data Management
- Manage daytoday operation of pricing systems tools and trackers across markets
- Maintain pricing frameworks aligned to global strategy
- Ensure accurate pricing data (rate cards discounts approval rules)
- Configure and manage system rules validations and controls
New Market Enablement & Deal Support
- Support onboarding of new markets (rate cards rules currencies and approvals)
- Partner with Pricing teams to align with strategy and governance
- Ensure systems support deal workflows approvals and audit requirements
- Resolve system issues and data inconsistencies affecting deal execution
Insight Optimisation & Change
- Deliver reporting on pricing usage compliance and performance
- Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes
- Support system enhancements and change projects with Technology and Sales Ops
- Maintain documentation user guides and process materials
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Pricing Sales Operations Commercial Finance Revenue Operations or business systems/analytics roles
- Experience working with pricing systems commercial tools and CRM (Salesforce) including configuration maintenance or user support in a business environment
- Manage complex pricing structures and data across multiple markets.
- Experience supporting international or multi market pricing models.
- Fluency in English
