Were looking for a Mobile Software Engineer who has done this before: shipped production React Native apps handled real scale made architectural calls and lived with them. Someone who works directly with product not just inside a ticket queue.
What youll own
- Architect and develop new features in our React Native app for iOS and Android
- Drive performance optimisation reliability improvements and a better user experience
- Own the mobile release process - builds deployments App Store and Google Play publishing
- Integrate the mobile frontend with backend services and troubleshoot across the stack
- Write meaningful tests (unit integration E2E) and contribute to engineering standards
- Work closely with product to shape what gets built not just how
What you bring
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong production-grade React Native experience - real apps real users real consequences
- Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals: performance navigation app lifecycle state management
- Solid TypeScript and backend API integration experience
- Experience working with Expo in production environments
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian
Strong plus
- Expo Application Services (EAS) for builds and releases
- Mobile analytics A/B testing or experimentation experience
- Push notifications deep linking in-app messaging
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Web development background (we use Python Django React)
- Any experience in a lead or mentorship capacity
