dormakaba Bulgaria is looking for a Production Engineer.

What you will do

Process Design & Engineering Development

• Assistin the design and development of manufacturing processes for metal products using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze production requirements todeterminethe most effective manufacturing methods
• Develop 2D CAD drawings for work packages and client approval
• Create and detail one-off modifications to existing products as needed

Production Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with senior engineers tooptimizeproduction workflows reducewasteand improve efficiency
• Monitor production processes troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S layout optimization and process standardization

Technical Documentation & Data Management

• Prepare detailed drawings specifications BOMs and production schedules
• Maintainaccuratedocumentation of production processes drawings and engineering changes
• Create technical documentation for production orders and provide work instructions
• Use SAP for BOM updates routing maintenance and documentation control
• Implement engineering changes in production and ensure proper communication and documentation across departments

Cross-functional Coordination & Technical Support

• Work closely with Industrial Engineering Production Warehouse and Design teams
• Provide technical support to production staff and support training for assembly and production processes
• Act as a liaison between Service/Installation and Production preparing and delivering technical documentation
• Support material and equipment procurement with technical input

Material Flow & Production Support Systems

• Create andmaintainKanban cycles to support material flow and inventory control

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and internal documentation rules
• Perform other duties related to theposition asassigned.
• Comply withall applicable health safety and environmental policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.

What we require

• 2yearsexperiencein a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for 2D and 3D design.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in English language; German language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
