Role Overview
As an Account Executive you will:
- Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on retention and reactivation
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities to increase customer investment
- Apply value-based selling techniques in a fast-paced digital environment
- Work within a structured sales pipeline
- Collaborate in a dynamic outsourcing environment
- Use CRM tools and MS Office for tracking performance and reporting
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- Mandatory sales experience in retention/reactivation OR 3 years in digital/social media/tech advertising sales
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
- Experience in customer service sales outsourcing or marketing environments
- Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills self-discipline and motivation
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus

- Based in Sofia Bulgaria
