Job Summary
Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer for the Prescriptions program is looking for an experiencedScrum Master / Release Train Engineerfor the Prescriptions program.
In this role the ed candidate will support four teams operating in the following domains: medicinal prescriptions referral prescriptions referral prescription support and the mobile application Myhealth. These are all long-term multi-year projects with significant strategic importance.
Each team is led by a project manager working according to the PRINCE2 framework. The teams themselves follow a Scrum-based way of working with the referral prescription teams applying the SAFe framework for quarterly planning.
We are looking for a senior professional who can combine strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic mindset. The ideal candidate demonstrates sufficient assertiveness to guide development-teams and the client in consistently applying the chosen methodologies with adequate tailoring ensuring its core agile values remain intact. This role also requires the ability to navigate organizational complexities where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework.
