PMO Lead Transversal IT Manufacturing Programs
Job Summary
This is a senior transversal PMO role supporting multiple IT manufacturing and laboratory programs across sites.
The PMO Lead coordinates planning financials risks and reporting across several projects and represents IT towards senior stakeholders and management.
Typical Day
Lead PMO activities across multiple IT manufacturing projects
Consolidate planning milestones dependencies and financials
Prepare steering committees and executive-level reporting
Identify risks issues and mitigation actions
Act as a key communication bridge between IT and business
Improve PMO processes standards and governance

Strong senior PM / PMO background required
Must Have
Strong PMO / program management experience in IT environments
Exposure to pharma manufacturing and/or laboratories
Excellent communication storytelling and summarization skills
Strong financial and planning controlling capabilities
Ability to translate complexity into clear executive messages
Ideal Candidate

SAP and MS Project experience
Experience across multiple pharma sites or programs
Hands-on experience with steering committees
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
