*Role Overview*

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused IT Onsite Support Engineers to provide technical support at client locations across Belgium on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work troubleshooting end-user issues and supporting IT infrastructure in dynamic environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional onsite support ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite technical support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals.

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network-related issues.

* Perform installation configuration and deployment of IT equipment.

* Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and standard business applications.

* Handle user account administration and password resets.

* Assist with workstation setups relocations and equipment replacements.

* Document incidents service requests and resolutions accurately.

* Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.

* Ensure compliance with client IT policies and procedures.

* Deliver excellent customer service while working independently at client sites.

Required Qualifications

* Previous experience in IT support desktop support field service or helpdesk environments.

* Basic knowledge of:

* Microsoft Windows operating systems

* Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP Wi-Fi LAN)

* Hardware troubleshooting and replacement

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Ability to work independently and manage onsite assignments.

* Valid work authorization for Belgium.

Preferred Qualifications

* Technical certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft certifications or equivalent.

* Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.

* Experience supporting enterprise environments.

Languages

* Dutch and/or French proficiency is highly desirable.

* English proficiency is a must

* Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
