The Field Sales Representative is focused on actively pursuing new leads opportunities and customers in the small and medium sized market segments to drive growth either at a branch or country level. This role differs from others in that it prioritises the acquisition and expansion of the customer base ensuring the continued growth and development of the customers portfolio. The primary objective is to achieve significant market expansion and customer acquisition.
About the Job
Drive commercial growth across the Benelux region by translating strategic objectives into concrete sales plans;
Actively manage and expand your customer portfolio while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within our different products (Air/Sea/Road);
Execute the sales strategy in line with global processes and ensure accurate CRM usage;
Identify market opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships focusing on upselling and cross-selling;
Represent the company in the market strengthen brand visibility and build a strong professional network;
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful account development.
About You
An extensive experience within global forwarding preferably in operations (Air/Sea/Road);
Initial commercial experience providing a strong foundation for further growth in a sales-driven role;
A proactive results-driven mindset with the energy to open doors and win new customers;
Possession of a valid Category B drivers license and willingness to be on the road;
As an outside sales representative you are mainly on the road but you visit our offices in Antwerp Vilvoorde Rotterdam Maastricht and Aalsmeer on a very regular basis;
Fluency in Dutch and English with professional proficiency in French;
A true team player with a hunter mentality combining drive resilience and perseverance to turn opportunities into results.
