Corporate data analist

As a Data Analyst you will transform complex data into clear insights that help our organization grow and improve. Working closely with various internal teams and stakeholders you will collect analyze and interpret data. With your analytical expertise you will support strategic decisions regarding organizational development processes efficiency and digital innovation. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate and Translate:Partner with diverse corporate services and internal stakeholders to clearly map out business needs. You will translate these into relevant analyses dashboards and data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.

• Bridge Business and IT:Work closely with data engineers data architects and data stewards to ensure a seamless transition from business questions to technical solutions maximizing the value of data for the organization.

• Roadmap Prioritization:Help determine priorities within the analytics roadmap taking into account budgets GDPR security scalability technical feasibility timing and the broader data architecture.

• Develop Data Products:Create test and optimize data products and analytical techniques that highlight trends opportunities and risks to support management decisions and organization-wide optimizations.

• Ensure Data Governance:Safeguard data quality and consistency by correctly applying quality controls standards and guidelines ensuring reporting remains reliable accurate and actionable for various internal stakeholders.

• Support Strategic Strategy:Actively contribute to policy-making and strategic projects by translating insights into concrete recommendations that support the continuous evolution ofthe client as an organization and employer.

• Drive Innovation:Stay ahead of evolutions within data analytics and technology proactively thinking about innovative applications that contribute to more efficient processes better decision-making and increased digital maturity.

• Strong Analytical Skills:You know how to translate complex data into clear insights trends and recommendations that drive organization-wide improvements and strategic choices.

• Technical Expertise:You are skilled in exploring source data modeling datasets and building clear dashboards in Power BI. Thanks to your strong DAX knowledge you easily translate complex logic into reliable user-friendly reporting.

• Stakeholder Management:You have experience working with diverse internal stakeholders effortlessly bridging the gap between business and IT and explaining complex matters clearly to different audiences.

• Critical and Curious Mindset:You ask the right questions detect opportunities and actively brainstorm ways to optimize and improve the organization.
