SQA Engineer

We are seeking a passionate SQA Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As an SQA Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality reliability and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with developers product managers AI engineers and DevOps teams to identify issues validate system functionality and ensure smooth and reliable product delivery across web mobile and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to prepare effective test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional regression integration smoke and user acceptance testing.
• Identify document track and verify bugs/issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers product managers AI engineers and DevOps teams.
• Execute API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Validate AI-powered features chatbot responses recommendation systems or AI workflows when applicable.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Maintain test documentation and generate QA reports.
• Support production deployment validation and release verification.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives when applicable.

Qualifications :

• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science (or related field).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing API Testing Bug Tracking Tools (Jira Azure DevOps etc.) Database/SQL Queries and Test Case Preparation.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium Cypress or Playwright is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing web mobile and AI-enabled applications.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows prompt validation or chatbot testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release validation.
• Basic understanding of performance and security testing.
• ISTQB certification will be considered an advantage.
