Workshop Supervisor Jobs in Bahrain

Hires and trains employees. Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities includes & not limited to: Managing workflow Training new hires Creating and managing team schedules. Reporting to HR and senior management. Evaluating performance and providing feedback Preference to candidates experienced in contracting company.
