Key Responsibilities

• Design implement manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  
• Configure and support Cisco switching and routing environments.
  
• Manage wired and wireless network connectivity across the organization.
  
• Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Ensure network availability reliability and optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
  
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments.
  
• Manage network security measures firewalls VPNs and access controls.
  
• Support virtualization platforms and server infrastructure.
  
• Perform regular system maintenance upgrades and backup procedures.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and technology initiatives.
  
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and business continuity processes.
  
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Cisco certification such as CCNA CCNP or an equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including switching routing TCP/IP VLANs VPNs DNS and DHCP.
  
• Hands-on experience with wireless networking and Wi-Fi technologies.
  
• Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
  
• Knowledge of network security principles and firewall management.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  

Preferred Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering network administration or IT infrastructure support.
  
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments.
  
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern infrastructure solutions is an advantage.
  
• Experience implementing and supporting secure scalable network environments.
