Job Summary
VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills
- Minimum experience required: 03 years.
- Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
- Install configure and maintain IT devices and applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
