Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires Argentina. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage project budgets track expenses and optimize resource utilization
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders team members and clients
  • Monitor project progress prepare status reports and present updates to senior management
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of proven experience in project management preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Trello
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks and resolve complex issues
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
