About the role

Job Type: On-site Full-time

Responsibilities

- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware software and network-related issues

- Set up and maintain workstations laptops printers and other IT equipment

- Troubleshoot connectivity problems and escalate when necessary

- Install and configure operating systems applications and updates

- Manage user accounts and permissions across relevant platforms

- Collaborate with fellow IT team members to support infrastructure initiatives

- Document technical issues and resolutions to contribute to internal knowledge sharing

-Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and effective problem-solving

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11 Windows Server 2016-2019 (AD DNS DHCP) MacOS Linux Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and remote access tools

-Knowledge of working with networking equipment from Mikrotik Zyxel and HP

- Basic understanding of IT security best practices

- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus

- Highly organized proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
