What rolewerehiring for:

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add aClient Implementation Engineerbased out of Buenos Aires Argentina!

Youllact as the technical bridge between the company and clients ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value.

Whatyoullbe responsible forin this role:

  • Client-facing implementation workacross 3 phases:
  • Pre-implementation (planning setup)
  • Implementation (deployment integration)
  • Post-implementation (support optimization)
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients
  • Help improveplatform tooling and reusable components
  • Serve as asubject matter expertand mentor others
  • Identifyprocess improvements and automation opportunities

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:

  • 35 yearsin implementation or client-facing technical roles
  • 3 years in financial services (fintech banking payments etc.)
  • Strong experience with:
  • Java-based systems (implementation/support)
  • SQL & NoSQL databases
  • CI/CD pipelines & Git
  • Linux/Unix command line
  • REST APIs (Postman or similar)
  • Secure file handling (SFTP PGP)
  • Ability to improve processes and automate workflows

Desirable

  • Payments card systems or banking integrations
  • AWS Kubernetes observability tools
  • Agile tools like Jira & Confluence
