Job Description
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Specialty: Nursing
Sub Specialty(s): LVN
Location: San Jose, CA.
Job Description:
- San Tomas Convalescent is a 130-bed skilled nursing facility
- Looking for LVNs with any experience level.
- All shifts available
- AM - 7am-3:30pm
- PM - 3pm-11:30pm
- NOC - 11pm-7:30am
- Currently working on renovation projects.
Requirements
- State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
- Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year
- Certification:CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA
