Key responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service to clients, advisers and third parties
Responsible for handling front line telephone calls and email enquiries
Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
Process a new pension application ensuring that all personal details are accurate
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or a customer support role
Strong numeracy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail
Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
