Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the market
Effective performing market Research in regards to the industry.
Tracking all events, seminars, conferences in which HR professional participate & Mining your Existing Clients.
Regular interaction and relationship building with the Hiring Managers and HR Team of clients.
Develop and manage marketing programs targeting prospective clients including events, public relations, and direct marketing.
Search & filtration of prospective clients, presentation & discussion of proposal, negotiation & closure of deals.
Understanding of Social Media Networking.
Able to represent the organization on platforms like NHRD, ERA, Forms.
Maintaining Work Flow on ERP.
Requirements
Any female graduate fresher / experience 0-3 years with excellent written & verbal Communication.
Good judgement and interpersonal skills
Highly engaged & efficient.
Ability to handle multiple requirements independently.
Self-starter, innovative, goal-driven, Aggressive.
High level of enthusiasm and a cheerful personality
