Job Description
Roessel Joy is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the sales The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and contact clients
- Keep detailed records of clients information and past feedback for future roles
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
- Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
- Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy Staffing LLC presence in the local business community
Requirements
- BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
- Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer
