We are hiring for a leading Insurance company in India.
Experience:2-10 years
Location: Guntur, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Hubli, Devangere, Mandya, Belgaum, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Mahaboonagar, Kurnool, Nizamabad, Mysore and Karimnagar(all on-site)
Qualification:Any graduate
Ideal candidate:
The candidate should have experience working in insurance field.
The interested candidate should be currently living in respective locations -Guntur, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Hubli, Devangere, Mandya, Belgaum, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Mahaboonagar, Kurnool, Nizamabad, Mysore and Karimnagar.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
- Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies.
- Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
- Initiates Branch Engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:
1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.
2. BM should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
