About the Role
LendInvest is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Fund Accountant to join our expanding Fund Finance team. Reporting into our Fund Accountant you will play a key role in the daily running of the Fund Finance team.
The role offers a Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship with the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting. This will provide the apprentice the opportunity to learn on the job and develop their skills knowledge and behaviours.

DaytoDay Duties
Assist with month end financial accounting procedures (bank reconciliations balance sheet reconciliations financial analytical review for key stakeholders etc.) for the LendInvest group entities associated with the Luxembourg based fund;
Assisting in the preparation of year end financials / audit for successful delivery within the required timescales for both Luxembourg entities and LendInvest Group entities;
Assisting with collation of information for the preparation of VAT Returns and Corporate Tax Returns;
Maintain financial and accounting records and assist with general bookkeeping using accounting software (Netsuite);
Assist with administrative duties (including management of the accounts payable for the Luxembourg related entities);
Assist in adhoc projects in relation to Fund entities;
Remain up to date with compliance cyber security training and legislative updates
Maintain professional knowledge and skills inline with best practices;
Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
About the Apprenticeship
Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship
AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting (qualification)
18 month duration
