Accounts Payable Specialist

• Manage accounts payable, including vendor set up, invoice processing, and weekly check runs for multiple locations
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies
  
• Build relationships with Facility Office Managers and vendors
  
• Monitor and improve accounting systems for efficient invoice processing
  
• Support Accounting team with month-end close and complete special projects as needed
  

Requirements

• A degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience
  
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable in a multi-location environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and automated accounting systems.
