We were founded in April 2021, are located in Glendale, Arizona, we have 6 employees and are growing!
We are looking for a full time Account Manager to join our team. This position requires an organized and meticulous individual who has experience in preparing materials, managing others, and leading meetings. We are looking for someone who works well in a group and is able to work on and complete tasks independently. This wide-ranging role can impact many individuals including management, team members, and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned number of client accounts
Onboard/off board clients
Schedule and hold client virtual/in-person meetings
Review and send presentation materials that are client ready
Answer phone calls and messages from clients as needed
Follow up with clients on any needed materials
Schedule and manage photo and video shoots
Manage tasks list for assigned employees
Onboard new employees within your department
Facebook support chats/calls as needed
Willing to run company errands as needed
Office Environment Details:
This role will be in anoffice setting.
Our office tends to be quiet, with collaborative conversations and meetings throughout the day as needed.

Requirements
Required skills:
High school diploma required. Associate degree or Bachelor s degree preferred.
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinker and problem solver
The ability to multitask and adhere to tight and changing deadlines
Basic understanding of design principles
Experience with Google Drive, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Experience with Social Media, and Meta Business Suite
Benefits
Compensation Details:
Pay will start at $39,520 - $43,680/year salary, depending on qualifications
Time off and holiday pay are available after 90 days of employment.
Sick leave is provided and accrues based on hours worked, with up to 24 hours a year.
Performance bonuses are available on an annual basis.
This role is not eligible for overtime at this time.
