Job Description

Supporting other technical engineers
Overseeing all technical solutions proposed to the customer
Checking & Approving all engineering solutions before moving forward
Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
Being the subject matter expert for the relevant area of support
Supporting the field technically through different media
Providing 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and compliance requirements
Following up on field failures that requires technology involvement
