3 key technologies The core of Alfa Laval´s operations is based on three key technologies: heat transfer, separation and fluid handling. All three have great significance for industrial companies and Alfa Laval holds leading global market positions within its fields of technical expertise. 3 business divisions Alfa Laval´s business is divided into three divisions covering Energy, Food&Water, and Marine. Our customers are found in various industries such as chemical, oil & gas, pulp and paper, waste water treatment, marine, power and food to mention a few. In addition, a dedicated service organization supports our customers to ensure that they can continue to rely upon the excellent performance of their Alfa Laval equipment. More than 100 countries Alfa Laval´s products are sold in approximately 100 countries, 50 of which have their own sales organizations. The company has 42 large production units (22 in Europe, 10 in Asia, eight in the USA and two in Latin America), and more than 100 service centres.
