WhatYoullDo:
Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in processworking across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
Answer phones and gather accuratepatient information quickly in a fast-paced environment
Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence clarity and compassion
Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill anxious confused or overwhelmed
Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details enter demographics and medical data collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable
Collaboratewith nurses physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

For this US-based position the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role level location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.The healthcare system is always evolving and its up to us to use our shared expertise to find new solutions that can keep up.
