POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Philadelphia office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking for sophisticated work autonomy flexibility and a clear path for professional growth within a highly respected regional law firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice arbitrations mediations and trial preparation.
Represent insurers self-insured entities and corporate clients in a variety of liability matters.
Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions briefs and reports.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive case management.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active PA/NJ law license.
3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Experience handling automobile liability matters strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively as part of a team.
